Shipping
Shipping times vary on the shipping location of your item. Items shipping from our warehouse can take up to 10 days and items shipping from our store can take up to 5 days. If you have any questions about your order, please reach out to us.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy starting from the day of delivery. Returns will only be excepted for unused and unwashed items. Once we receive the returned item, the return will be processed within 7 days.
If we receive a return that is damaged, has been used, or has been washed, then a refund will not be processed. If this were to occur, then we will contact you for the appropriate next steps. This can include, but is not limited to, shipping the item back at your expense.
If the item is damaged upon receipt, please inform us within 7 days of receiving your item.
